We Thank you for choosing Creative Art Factory to host your child’s birthday celebration. To ensure the best possible experience we ask you adhere to the following:

  1. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to book the party. Party times/dates are not guaranteed until the registration form along with deposit is returned to Creative Art Factory. Balance is due day of the party.
  2. Please provide finalized number of guests one week before the scheduled party.
  3. With respect to other parties going on before and after your scheduled time please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time, In order to ensure a smooth transition after the party please ensure you leave the studio as scheduled so that staff have sufficient time to clean up and prepare for the next scheduled party.
  4. Up to 2 party staff members will be available to assist with the art activities and assist with any questions/concerns that may arise.
  5. We encourage parties to be drop-off due to the size of classroom however we do allow for parents to remain at the party along with 10 adults.
  6. The following methods of payment are available: Cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard.
  7. Creative Art Factory does not provide food/drinks. Families are welcome to bring nut free food/drinks and you are welcome to order food from local establishments. The Art Studio does provide a fridge and counter space.

Cost of art studio rental: $250.00 plus GST -Birthday Parties are inclusive of: pre-printed invitations, birthday party staff member to assist and Art Material. Maximum children per party 15 guests ages 3 – 12 years. Please pick up invitations at your earliest convenience. Prices are subject to change without notice.

I/We the undersigned do hereby indemnify and agree to release Creative Art Factory, its heirs, assigns and all associated persons, from liability for any incident, accident or injury sustained during the time spent at Creative Art Factory for this birthday party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/or for my child or children to voluntarily participate in all activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents about the activities and they have agreed to voluntarily participate. I/we will not make claim against or sue Creative Art Factory. If for any reason that is emergency related and the Studio must cancel birthday parties Creative Art Factory will notify families as soon as possible so that other arrangements can be made. I/We will not hold Creative Art Factory liable for any damages this cancellation may cause.
